The Nexus of your Supply Chain System

Here we simplify the Air Cargo Flow:

  1. Quote:  Submit a request for a quote with us, providing details such as preferred departure date, type, and volume of goods, as well as delivery terms based on the Incoterms rules.
  2. Booking: Once the quote is approved, we will proceed to book space with the airline for your cargo.
  3. Documentation: All necessary documentation, including the Commercial Invoice, Packing list, and any other required paperwork or permits, is prepared. These documents will form the legal and commercial basis for your shipment.
  4. Cargo Pickup and Acceptance: The cargo is loaded onto a truck and accepted at the origin airport's cargo terminal, where it undergoes inspection and documentation verification. The Airway Bill is typically issued after the cargo has been accepted for transportation by the airline, serving as a contract between the shipper and the airline, detailing the terms and conditions of carriage for the air cargo shipment.
  5. Loading: The cargo is loaded onto the aircraft, either directly or through a cargo handling facility.
  6. Flight: The aircraft departs from the origin airport and travels to the destination airport, carrying the cargo in its belly or on dedicated freighter aircraft.
  7. Customs Clearance: Upon arrival at the destination airport, the cargo undergoes customs clearance procedures, which may include inspection and documentation review.
  8. Unloading: The cargo is unloaded from the aircraft and transferred to the destination airport's cargo terminal or a designated warehouse.
  9. Delivery: The cargo is collected by the consignee or transported to its final destination via ground transportation.
  10. Documentation and Settlement: Final documentation is completed, and any outstanding payments or fees are resolved.
