EXPORT DECLARATION

If you are exporting goods to non-EU countries, it is mandatory to prepare an 'Export Declaration' for Customs. You have the option to complete the Export Declaration independently, or alternatively, you can entrust us to handle the submission of the declaration on your behalf.

ORIGIN DOCUMENTS

When are origin documents necessary?
If you are exporting goods outside the European Union (EU), many countries require an origin document indicating the country of origin of the products. Typically, a Certificate of Origin (CO) serves this purpose, serving as a non-preferential origin document.

In some cases, you may be eligible to provide preferential document such as a EUR.1 or A.TR Certificate, applicable to countries with which the European Union has established trade agreements. These documents entitle you to potential reductions in import duties or even exemptions.

EMBASSY LEGALIZATION SERVICE

If Embassy and/or the  Ministry of Foreign Affairs legalization of your documents is necessary for a particular country, we will take care of arranging this on your behalf. So don't worry about that!
